This unassuming row house was indistinguishable from all of its neigjbors from the outside.

AR Custom Builders, working for the owner, Gilan Investments, rebuilt all 3 levels of this almost a century-old house.

Structural integrity, which would not be visible in the finished house was the priority number one for AR Builders. We used state-of-art manufactred light beams to ensure at least another century of use.
 

We used recycled insulation materials to stop noise, heat transfer, and moisture.

Although it is a row house, we were able to bring in a lot of natural light into all living areas.

We rebuilt the gracious staircase and established an open floor plan.

 

All kitchens and bathrooms are updated with high quality cabinetry, receessed lighting throughout. AR Custom Builders followed through with the best details in finished carpentry to recreate a classic Washington row house.
