The latest addition to our portfolio of projects, 800 Taylor Street Apartments, once an attractive landmark of Petworth, have been slowly sliding into disrepair. We look forward to restoring the building to its former grandeur, but with a decidedly modern, transitional style.
Our work is in the very early phases, but we expect to match the contemporary expectations of space, functionality, environmental respect, with elegant design touches. Located right across from a community recreation facility and few blocks away from the Petworth metro, shops and a Safeway supermarket, we hope to present this building, in its new reincarnation as the epitome of urban conveniences.
The building will feature at least 10 residences, each with its own underground parking, and either backyard or roof terrace access. Building codes permitting, we are planning a green roof. Either at their backyard, or roof terrace, the future residents of Taylor Condominiums will enjoy abundant greenery.
